Here are the steps to follow to pay online by credit card:
Enter your shipping address: Make sure that you enter the address to the place you want the order shipped to accurately and it matches the address registered by state institutions.
Choose a credit card as your payment method: There will be an option to choose the type of credit card you would like to use, for example Visa or Mastercard. If your credit card type is not listed in the store, the merchant does not accept that type of credit card, and you will have to use another type of credit card.
Enter your information as it appears on the credit card: Make sure you enter your name correctly. Next, enter your credit card information: credit card number, expiration date, and CVV security code.
Check the information listed previously, and click the "Continue" button... Congratulations! Your request has been registered.
Hodhod return policies:
Hodhod Store allows buyers the ability to return their orders and get a refund of the amount paid, provided that the product to be returned falls within the following list:
The buyer ordered the wrong product or the wrong size.
The merchant shipped the wrong product or the wrong size.
The product is damaged or defective.
The product did not match the description.
Products from the Food and Beauty categories can only be returned if an error or damage has occurred on our part.
If the product conforms to the previous conditions, you can return it for free within a maximum period of 7 days from the date of receipt. The package must comply with the following conditions:
The product must be unused and unworn.
The product must be in its original condition and packaging with original tags attached.

Here are the steps to follow to return a product:
If the product arrives to us in a used, worn or washed condition, we may have to send it to you again, in which case no refund will be given. Once it is confirmed that the returned product is in good condition and is eligible for a refund, the Hodhod Store team will manage the remaining process within 15 continuous working days to complete the refund process and return the amount to your credit card that was used in the purchase.
To return a product, please follow the following steps:

The “Order Details” window will appear in front of you. From the window, you can either choose “Cancel” if the order has not been shipped yet, or choose “Return” if the order has been received.
