This powder, obtained from the shell of organic Corn seeds, is famous for its 77% high fiber structure.
These water-soluble fibers take on a gel-like consistency when they pass through the stomach and combine with water.
Apart from the normal diet, it can also be used in recipes made with gluten-free flour.
As it is known, the biggest difficulty in using gluten-free flour is not having a texture like gluten-containing flours when using it in recipes.
At this point, cauliflower seed powder comes to our rescue. It acts as a binder in recipes made with gluten-free flours and adds texture and elasticity to recipes.
 QUALITY AND PRODUCTION
Raw sauerkraut seeds are cleaned by mechanical processes. After the cleaning stage, dehulling processes begin. To briefly summarize the process;
It involves crushing the seed with sanding mills and separating its shell in a closed circuit in an automatic vacuum system.
The seeds and shell are separated under light mechanical pressure.
The separated components are sieved and separated from each other.
The remaining pure shell part is mechanically broken, crumbled and packaged in large sacks made of sunlight-proof packaging in a hygienic environment, ready for use.
USE OF
It can be consumed without waiting, by mixing 1 teaspoon of cauliflower seed powder into water, before meals, 1-2 times a day.
It can be added to pastry recipes made with gluten-free flour.

- Warranty and maintenance services provided by the authorized service center are not the responsibility of Hudhudshop, and the customer should contact the authorized service center directly for any complaints or claims.
Product Receipt and Delivery:
- The customer must ensure that the product is placed in its original box and securely packaged.
- The customer must provide the product and its accessories to the courier company during collection (includes earphones, battery, charger).
