In order to be able to receive the products returned under the right of withdrawal, the purchased product must be returned in its original box and undamaged packaging inside it, with the invoice and all complementary accessories, as well as the promotional products and offers that are given as a gift, if any, at the same time without deficiency and without damage. In case a game and/or software CD is sold with product packages, if the game or software CD is opened, it cannot be returned within the scope of the right of withdrawal.

The products and services for which the right of withdrawal is not valid are as follows:
