How to Consume Bee Pollen?

Consumption Recommendation: Children can consume 1-2 teaspoons per day, and adults can consume 2-4 teaspoons per day. You can consume Halal certified BEE'O Pollen by chewing it directly or mixing it with water, milk, fruit juice or yogurt.
