What is Raw Propolis?

Raw Propolis is a natural bee product consisting of phenolic and flavonoid substances collected by bees from the leaves, stems and buds of plants.

Pure propolis, which literally means Pro (Pre) + Polis (protective), is the pre-cleaner of the hive, which is the living space of bees.

Bees cover the honeycomb cells with raw propolis, then put their honey, brood and food on it.

Thus, the products produced by the bees are stored in the hive without spoiling.

After being removed from the hive, it needs to be processed so that it is suitable for human consumption and the body can digest this product.

At this point, the most important issue is that raw Anatolian propolis, a valuable food, is processed while preserving its properties and nutritional value.

With the TÜBİTAK award-winning processing method developed by experts, the polyphenols, terpenoids, amino acids, volatile organic acids, ketones, coumarins, quinones, vitamins and minerals contained in raw Anatolian propolis are preserved and brought into a water-soluble form.

The pure propolis extraction method used in our products was developed by expert food engineers at İTÜ ARI Teknokent through R&D studies and was deemed worthy of the TÜBİTAK, TTGV and TÜSİAD 2016 Technology Award.

With this method, where the nutrients contained in raw Anatolian Propolis can be obtained to the maximum extent and impurities such as beeswax are removed, the product is produced in a standard quality.

You can consume the Halal certified Water Soluble Propolis Drops by mixing it directly into water and liquid foods.

It does not contain additives, preservatives, dyes, gluten, GMO, alcohol, or sugar.

This product is halal certified.

It is produced using organic certified propolis based on the principles of good beekeeping practices with a contracted beekeeping model.

The formulas of all our products are developed in our R&D center, all are 100% natural and patented, and all are packaged in our facilities with GMP, ISO 9000, ISO 22000, BRC, IFS, ISO 14001 and COVID-19 safe production certificates.

Active Ingredient: Contains 10% pure Anatolian propolis. The amount of pure Anatolian Propolis is standardized.

This product is prepared by extracting raw Anatolian propolis using a water and glycol (food grade) solution with the patented technology we developed at Istanbul Technical University Bee Technopolis.

How to Consume Propolis Drops?

Consumption Recommendation: It is recommended to consume 10-40 drops per day for children, and 20-80 drops per day for adults aged 11 and over with foods such as water, milk, and fruit juice.

For example, you can consume 20 drops of propolis by mixing it into a glass (approximately 200 ml) of water, milk, or fruit juice.

It is easy to consume for children.

It dissolves completely in warm and cold drinks.

Storage Conditions and Shelf Life: Store the product in a dry environment at room temperature (approximately 22°C), protect it from higher temperatures.

Return Conditions:

You can return the product you purchased from www.hudhudshop.com within 14 days from the day you receive it from the shipment, by submitting a request to www.hudhudshop.com, under the following return conditions:

- The product purchased must be returned in its original box and the internal packaging must not be damaged.

- The invoice and all complementary accessories must be included.

- Promotional products and offers given as gifts must be sent at the same time without any damage or missing items.

- If a CD for a game and/or software is sold with the product package, if the CD for the game or software is opened, it cannot be returned within the right of withdrawal.

Products and services that are not subject to the right of withdrawal:

- Goods or services whose prices vary depending on fluctuations in the financial markets and which are not under the control of the seller or supplier.

- Products made according to the consumer's wishes or personal needs.

- Products that are perishable quickly or may expire.

Returning Gift Products:

- Gift products can only be returned when sent with the main product they were attached to. Therefore, the main product and the gift product must be sent together.

- You must create return requests for both products before sending them.

Warranty Policy

Warranty Conditions:

- Hudhudshop guarantees the protection of your product from any defects in materials, design, or manufacturing that may occur after purchase.

- If Hudhudshop is the seller, a 12-month warranty will be provided for eligible products.

- If the product was purchased from another seller, the warranty conditions of that seller will apply.

- If the product is sold by Hudhudshop, repairs covered by the warranty will be carried out at authorized service centers.

- To benefit from warranty services, the original invoice is required to verify the serial number and warranty validity.

- The customer must ensure that the product is packaged in its original box or properly packed to avoid any damage during shipment.

Products not covered by the warranty:

- Defects or damage caused by misuse by the customer and non-compliance with usage instructions.

- Liquid spillage on the product.

- Products with unauthorized repairs.

- Products not covered by the warranty such as electronic accessories, which are covered for only 6 months.

Warranty Service Provider:

- Product and workmanship warranty is provided by the authorized service center and is subject to the policies of the manufacturer as outlined in the product's warranty manual or the manufacturer's website.

- Warranty and maintenance services provided by the authorized service center are not the responsibility of Hudhudshop, and the customer should contact the authorized service center directly for any complaints or claims.

Product Receipt and Delivery:

- The customer must ensure that the product is placed in its original box and securely packaged.

- The customer must provide the product and its accessories to the courier company during collection (includes earphones, battery, charger).

Always keep the original product box to ensure warranty service according to the terms and conditions of some service centers.
