Rose oil, which was frequently used by Ottoman physicians, has been used in aromatherapy and as a pleasant scent from past to present. Although there are approximately 150 species of roses (Rosa sp.) in the world, very few of them are evaluated in the fragrance industry. Among the scented rose species, the one with the highest economic value is the Rosa damascena Mill. (Damask rose) species, called "Isparta rose".
It can be used in aromatherapy applications with its refreshing and relaxing effect. You can make them more natural and pleasantly scented by dropping them into your creams and make-up removers.
