Anzer Pollen is the essence collected by bees from endemic plants in the Anzer plateau.
Anzer Plateau is rich in endemic flowers and has a unique flora in the world, thus its pollen content has a high rate of minerals and vitamins.
The color, taste, smell and appearance of pollen vary depending on the plant species.
It is mostly yellow in color but may also be black, purple or pink.
Since Anzer Plateau is home to many flowers and endemic species, its pollen structure has a very rich diversity.
Anzer Pollen Production: Pollen is collected using pollen traps.
The pollen carried by the bee passing through the traps, which can be mounted in different ways at the entrance of the hive, accumulates in the trap chamber.
The pollen accumulated in the chamber is emptied at 1-2 day intervals and dried in drying cabinets at a temperature not exceeding 42 0 C, and the water content is reduced to 7-8%.
The pollen, which is then sifted and cleaned, is packaged in an airtight manner and stored in a cold environment for longer-term storage at room temperature for up to 6 months.
How to use Anzer Pollen?
Adults: Take one tablespoon in the morning and evening on an empty stomach at least one hour before meals.
For children: Take a spoon of sugar on an empty stomach, at least one hour before meals in the morning and evening.
For babies: Take a teaspoon on an empty stomach, morning and evening, at least one hour before meals.

Products and services that are not subject to the right of withdrawal:

Returning Gift Products:
- Gift products can only be returned when sent with the main product they were attached to. Therefore, the main product and the gift product must be sent together.

Products not covered by the warranty:
- Defects or damage caused by misuse by the customer and non-compliance with usage instructions.
- Liquid spillage on the product.
- Products with unauthorized repairs.
- Products not covered by the warranty such as electronic accessories, which are covered for only 6 months.
Warranty Service Provider:
- Product and workmanship warranty is provided by the authorized service center and is subject to the policies of the manufacturer as outlined in the product's warranty manual or the manufacturer's website.
- Warranty and maintenance services provided by the authorized service center are not the responsibility of Hudhudshop, and the customer should contact the authorized service center directly for any complaints or claims.
Product Receipt and Delivery:
- The customer must ensure that the product is placed in its original box and securely packaged.
- The customer must provide the product and its accessories to the courier company during collection (includes earphones, battery, charger).
Always keep the original product box to ensure warranty service according to the terms and conditions of some service centers.
